A BILL
To repeal a rule of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants: coal- and oil-fired electric utility steam generating units review of the residual risk and technology review.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Combating Overregulation And Limitation of Proven, Operable, Working Energy Resources Act” or the “COAL POWER Act”.
