The Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act of 2025 reauthorizes and amends the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act. The bill makes grants to public and nonprofit private entities to establish, operate, and maintain local centers to provide safe shelter and services for runaway and homeless youth. The bill also makes grants to provide street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth who have been subjected to, or are at risk of being subjected to, sexual abuse or trafficking. The bill authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
