Federal HB3766 prohibits the District of Columbia from requiring tribunals in court or administrative proceedings to defer to the Mayor's interpretation of statutes and regulations. This applies to both judicial review proceedings and reviews of rules adopted by the Mayor or an agency. Additionally, the bill repeals the Review of Agency Action Clarification Temporary Amendment Act of 2024, restoring any provisions of law amended or repealed by that act.
