The No Corporate Crooks Act defines "covered crime" as bribery, copyright infringement, corruption, cybercrime, embezzlement, fraud, insider trading, wage theft, and tax evasion. Any individual convicted of a covered crime who served as a chief executive officer at an entity is ineligible for appointment to a position in the executive branch.
