Secures the supply of critical energy resources by assessing vulnerabilities and developing strategies.

Amends the Department of Energy Organization Act to ensure an adequate and reliable supply of critical energy resources. Requires the Secretary of Energy to conduct ongoing assessments of critical energy resource supply chains, including their vulnerability to disruption. The assessments must cover energy resource criticality, supply chain diversity, capacity constraints, federal regulations, and adversarial nations' exploitation of critical energy resource markets.
