Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to exempt certain outdoor recreational outfitting and guiding employees from minimum wage and maximum hours.

The Outdoor Recreational Outfitting and Guiding Act amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to exempt certain employees engaged in outdoor recreational outfitting or guiding services from minimum wage and maximum hours requirements. This exemption applies to employees of businesses that either operate for no more than seven months in a calendar year or have average receipts for any six months of the preceding year that do not exceed 331⁄3 percent of their average receipts for the other six months of that year.
