Amends the Small Business Act to include surviving children in the definition of small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled.

This bill amends the Small Business Act to include surviving children in the definition of small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. Specifically, if a surviving child of a deceased veteran acquires the veteran's ownership interest in a small business concern, and the concern was included in the database prior to the veteran's death, the business remains eligible for certain benefits. The eligibility period lasts until the child relinquishes ownership or three years after the veteran's death, whichever comes first.
