More Paid Leave for More Americans Act establishes a grant program for states to implement paid family leave programs.

The More Paid Leave for More Americans Act establishes a grant program for states to implement paid family leave programs. The Secretary of Labor will award grants to states that have enacted a paid family leave program. The act also establishes the Interstate Paid Leave Action Network (I-PLAN) to facilitate streamlined benefit delivery, reduce administrative burden, and coordinate state programs. States can use the grants to pay administrative costs, help small businesses afford employer payroll contributions, and provide paid family leave benefits to eligible employees.
