Establishes a grant program for out-of-school-time youth workforce readiness programs.

The Youth Workforce Readiness Act of 2025 establishes a competitive grant program to support out-of-school-time youth workforce readiness programs. These programs provide employability skills development, career exploration, employment readiness training, mentoring, work-based learning, and workforce opportunities for eligible youth. The Act authorizes $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030. It also reestablishes youth councils within local boards to represent youth interests and advise on workforce readiness programs.
