The Stop Arctic Ocean Drilling Act of 2025 amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to prohibit the Secretary of the Interior from issuing or extending any lease or authorization for oil, natural gas, or mineral exploration, development, or production in Arctic areas of the outer Continental Shelf. This bill seeks to protect the Arctic Ocean from drilling activities.
