A BILL

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to improve the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and reduce interest rates.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Strengthening Efforts for Relief and Vital Incentives for Community Service and Engagement Act” or the “SERVICE Act”.
