The Medicare Audiology Access Improvement Act of 2025 amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve coverage of audiology services under the Medicare program. It defines "audiology services" to include hearing and balance assessments, and diagnostic or treatment services performed by qualified audiologists. The bill also includes qualified audiologists as practitioners in rural health clinics and federally qualified health centers. Payment for these services will be 80 percent of the lesser of the actual charge or the fee schedule amount.
