Improving Veterans Access to Congressional Services Act of 2025 allows Members of Congress to use VA facilities for constituent meetings.

Improving Veterans Access to Congressional Services Act of 2025 permits Members of Congress to use Department of Veterans Affairs facilities for meetings with constituents. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs must prescribe regulations ensuring the space is available during normal business hours, visible and accessible to constituents, and rented at a rate similar to GSA rates. The regulations also prohibit certain activities, including campaigning, soliciting changes to federal law, and interfering with facility operations.
