Mr. Mackenzie introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Education and Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to require all Federal contractors to participate in the E-verify program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Requirement for all Federal contractors to participate in the E-verify program.
