The Bus Parity and Clarity Act amends title 23, United States Code, to clarify provisions relating to equal access for over-the-road buses. It mandates that public authorities with jurisdiction over toll facilities provide buses in scheduled or charter service access to toll roads, bridges, tunnels, and ferries under the same rates, terms, and conditions as public transportation vehicles. The act also requires the Federal Highway Administration to publish a unified database of toll facility rates, terms, and conditions annually.
