To authorize the use of Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal history record information for administration of certain licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “States Handling Access to Reciprocity for Employment Act of 2025” or the “SHARE Act of 2025”.
