The Veterans Infertility Treatment Act of 2025 amends title 38 of the United States Code to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide coverage for infertility treatments and standard fertility preservation services. This includes in vitro fertilization and other assisted reproductive technologies. The act allows the Secretary to furnish such treatments to the partner of a veteran without regard to their marital status. It also permits the use of donated gametes or embryos.
