The Feed Hungry Veterans Act of 2025 amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to expand eligibility for disabled veterans to receive supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits. The bill modifies the criteria for eligibility, allowing veterans with at least one service-connected disability rated at 60 percent or higher, or two or more service-connected disabilities with a combined rating of 70 percent or higher, to qualify. The changes will take effect on October 1, 2030.
