Increases rates of disability compensation and dependency and indemnity compensation for veterans.
The Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2025 raises the rates of disability compensation and dependency and indemnity compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and their survivors. Effective December 1, 2025, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs will adjust these rates based on the percentage increase in Social Security benefits. The bill also allows for administrative adjustments to disability compensation for certain veterans not receiving benefits under chapter 11 of title 38, United States Code.
