Establishes temporary Ukrainian guest status for eligible aliens who were paroled into the U.S. under the Uniting for Ukraine process.
The Protecting our Guests During Hostilities in Ukraine Act provides temporary Ukrainian guest status for eligible aliens who were paroled into the U.S. under the Uniting for Ukraine process. This status allows them to be employed in the U.S. until hostilities in Ukraine cease and conditions allow for safe civilian return. Ukrainian guest status expires 120 days after the Secretary of State determines these conditions are met. The status can be revoked if the alien is deemed a security threat.
