1. Short title; table of contents; TITLE I—REAUTHORIZATION OF AND REFORMS TO HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM; 101. Reauthorization of Program; 102. Increase in Program administration resources; 103. Modifications of participating jurisdiction qualification threshold and process for reallocations; 104.
