Prohibits Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children from owning or trading certain securities.

The End Congressional Stock Trading Act prohibits Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children from owning or trading stocks, bonds, commodities, futures, or other securities, including interests in hedge funds, derivatives, options, or complex investment vehicles. Current Members of Congress must divest such assets within 180 days of the Act's enactment, while new Members and their spouses or dependent children must divest within 90 days of assuming office. For certain complex investments, divestment must occur within five years.
