Adds a presentation on veterans' benefits to the Transition Assistance Program.
The TAP Promotion Act amends the Transition Assistance Program to include a standardized presentation on veterans' benefits. This presentation will be part of preseparation counseling for members of the Armed Forces. It must be reviewed and approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in collaboration with veterans service organizations. The presentation cannot encourage joining a specific organization and must be no longer than one hour.
