The Protecting American Agriculture from Foreign Adversaries Act of 2025 amends the Defense Production Act of 1950 to include the Secretary of Agriculture on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States for transactions involving agricultural land, agriculture biotechnology, or the agriculture industry. The Committee must consider reportable agricultural land transactions involving foreign adversaries, including China, North Korea, Russia, and Iran. The requirements terminate when the respective country is removed from the list of foreign adversaries.
