The Delivering for Rural Seniors Act of 2025 amends the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 to create a pilot grant program. This program awards grants to state agencies for projects that increase access to food commodities through home delivery for low-income elderly persons. Priority is given to entities serving participants in rural areas. The bill authorizes $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
