Amends criteria for independent study programs under VA educational assistance programs.
The Veterans Education and Technical Skills Opportunity Act of 2025 modifies the criteria for approval of certain independent study programs for purposes of the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs. It requires that these programs include regular and substantive interaction between students and instructors. The changes apply to quarters, semesters, or terms beginning on or after August 1, 2025.
