The Make American Flags in America Act of 2025 mandates that flags of the United States displayed on federal property and procured by federal agencies must be made in the United States. The act defines "made in the United States" as 100 percent manufactured in the United States from articles, materials, or supplies that have been 100 percent produced or manufactured in the United States.
