The No DeepSeek on Government Devices Act prohibits executive agencies from using the DeepSeek application. The Office of Management and Budget must develop standards and guidelines for this prohibition, including exceptions for law enforcement, national security, and security researchers. Agencies must document risk mitigation actions for any authorized use of the application under these exceptions. The act defines "covered application" as the DeepSeek application or any successor application or service developed or provided by High Flyer or an entity owned by High Flyer.
