A BILL
To amend chapter 388 of title 10, United States Code, to clarify to the purpose of and adjust the limits on assistance under the procurement technical assistance cooperative agreement program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Small Business and Defense Industrial Base Support Act”.
