A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to prohibit the naming of Department of Defense assets for sitting Presidents, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as “Department of Defense Renaming Integrity and Ethics Act of 2026” or the “DORIE Act of 2026”.
