A BILL
To amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 to authorize emergency assistance for high value crop losses, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Restore Agricultural Investment, Stability, and Expansion Act of 2026” or the “RAISE Act of 2026”.
