A BILL

To direct the Secretary of Defense to report on lessons the United States Armed Forces may learn from defense innovations in the Russia-Ukraine War, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Learning Effective Strategies and Systems Optimization for National Security from Ukraine Act” or the “LESSONS from Ukraine Act”.
