This bill designates Ukraine under the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide certain nationals of Ukraine with continued eligibility for temporary protected status. It applies retroactively to October 20, 2026, and an eligible alien shall not be considered to have accrued unlawful presence in the United States. The Secretary of Homeland Security must receive, process, and adjudicate applications for temporary protected status and employment authorization within 90 days. The Secretary must also give consent to travel abroad if the alien establishes emergency and extenuating circumstances.
