Faith and Rural Small Business Act amends the Small Business Act to change the Office of Rural Affairs to an Assistant Administrator role and establishes a Center for Faith within the Office of Entrepreneurial Development. The Center for Faith will be headed by a Director appointed by the Administrator within 90 days of the enactment of this Act.
