(1) in paragraph (2), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon;

(2) in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(b) Conforming amendment to Trade Act of 1974.—Section 506A(a)(1)(A) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2466a(a)(1)(A)) is amended by striking “as such requirements are in effect on the date of the enactment of that Act” and inserting “as such requirements are in effect on the date the President makes such designation”.

(2) in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:
