A BILL

To authorize the Secretary of Defense to establish joint education and training programs on military trauma care and research with military forces of foreign countries.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Cooperative Overseas Military Battlefield Advancement in Trauma Care Act” or the “COMBAT Care Act”.
