A BILL
To amend the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 to limit adverse security clearance and suitability determinations based on past marihuana use, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Cannabis Users’ Restoration of Eligibility Act” or the “CURE Act”.
