A BILL
To provide for the replacement of the plaque at Lincoln Memorial commemorating the “I Have a Dream” speech of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Renewing the Dream Act”.
