A BILL
To establish the United States Space Academy as a service academy of the United States, to require that the Academy be located in the State of Florida, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Securing The Advancement of Rising Spacefarers Act of 2026” or the “STARS Act of 2026”.
