A BILL
To provide for a temporary prohibition on the export of diesel fuel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Temporary prohibition on export of diesel fuel.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the export of diesel fuel shall be prohibited during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this subsection and ending on the date December 31, 2026.
