Mr. Tonko (for himself and Ms. Budzinski) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To amend the Department of Energy Organization Act to require financial assistance provided by the Department of Energy to promote high labor standards, community benefits, domestic manufacturing, and investments in small and disadvantaged communities, and for other purposes.
