The Town Halls for All Act of 2026 mandates that each Member of Congress must convene and attend at least 12 town halls per year in their congressional district. These town halls must be open to the general public, free of charge, and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Public notice of each town hall, including the date, time, and city, must be provided at least four days in advance via email, social media, the Member's website, or other regular communication methods. The town hall must run for at least one hour unless cut short by exigent circumstances.
