Ms. Houlahan introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To require the President to declare a national housing emergency and invoke the Defense Production Act to incentivize residential housing production, and for other purposes.
