The bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit high fructose corn syrup in food. The changes will apply to food introduced into interstate commerce two years after the enactment of this Act. The Secretary of Health and Human Services must report to Congress on industry reformulation efforts within three years of the Act's enactment.
