A BILL

To amend the Energy Policy Act of 1992 to require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct certain geothermal assessments for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Puerto Rico Energy Opportunity and Geothermal Assessment Act of 2026”.
