A BILL
To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to abolish the restaurant meals program under the supplemental nutrition assistance program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Ending Restaurant Purchases with SNAP Act of 2026”.
