A BILL

To require the Secretary of Energy to request the National Petroleum Council to issue a report with respect to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “21st Century Strategic Petroleum Reserve Act” or the “21st Century SPR Act”.
