A BILL

To amend title 49, United States Code, to require an active USDOT number to conduct operations of certain commercial motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Registration Enforcement for Vehicle Operations of Known Evaders Act” or the “REVOKE Act”.
