Ms. Bonamici (for herself, Mrs. McBath, Mr. Takano, Ms. Wilson of Florida, Mr. Krishnamoorthi, Mr. Moulton, and Ms. Norton) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include notification and automatic enrollment procedures for borrowers who are delinquent on loans, and for other purposes.
