The STORMWATER Act extends the authorization for the centers of excellence for stormwater control infrastructure technologies through fiscal years 2027 to 2031. It mandates that one of these centers be located in, and focused on, the Great Lakes region. This bill amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to update the authorization period and the number of centers.
